UCLA AGEP - Become a Partner Institution & UCLA Will Come to Your School

As part of UCLA AGEP's commitment to diversity and increasing the number of successful applications of underrepresented undergraduates applying to UCLA STEM departments, the AGEP STEM Program Director provides day-long workshops for undergraduate research programs (i.e., MARC, MBRS-RISE, CEA-CREST, LSAMP). Priority for a workshop is given to Minority Serving Institutions/Partner Institutions.

Partner Institution Requirements

A Partner Institution must be committed to the preparation of underrepresented students successfully applying to STEM doctoral programs. Universities that are Minority Serving Institutions that have programs such as Center for Environmental Analysis-Centers for Research Excellence in Science and Technology (CEA-CREST), Minority Biomedical Research Support-Research Initiative for Scientific Enhancement (MBRS-RISE) Program, Minority Access to Research Careers (MARC) or Ronald McNair Program will be given priority.

If you requesting all-day workshop include the date and topics that your students would like addressed. We will send you a draft of the information display for your approval prior to posting this information. We greatly appreciate your participation.
