| Description | One year fellowships are offered for advanced work in the creative arts. Fellows are expected to reside in the Boston area. Small groups who have common research interests consist of two to three scholars. Fellowship begins early September and ends in late May. | |
| Award Amount | Stipend of $70,000 for one year. In addition to the stipend, fellows receive office or studio space and access to libraries. Relocation expenses are provided where relevant. | |

| Requirements | Doctorate or appropriate terminal degree granted at least 2 years prior to appointment. Only scholars who have published at least two articles or monographs are eligible to apply. Please see website for more details regarding eligibility for individual creative artists. | |
