AMERICAN ACADEMY IN ROME, ROME PRIZE FELLOWSHIPS

Description		30 fellowships for advanced research and creative work in Rome. Fellowships range from 6 to 11 months. Awards include room, board, travel, and work space at the Academy. Stipends for six-month fellowships are $15,000 and stipends for eleven-month fellowships are $27,000.
Award Amount		Stipend ranges from $15,000 to $27,000.
Disciplines		Humanities. School of Arts and Architecture. Open to the following fields: architecture, design, historic preservation and conservation, landscape architecture, literature, musical composition, visual arts, ancient studies, medieval studies, renaissance and early modern studies, and modern Italian studies.
Academic Level		Working on Doctoral Dissertation. Postdoctoral Scholar.
Citizenship		Open only to U.S. citizens.
