NATIONAL CENTER FOR ATMOSPHERIC RESEARCH, HIGH ALTITUDE OBSERVATORY (HAO) NEWKIRK GRADUATE RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM


Deadline   1/4/2013 
Description   This program allows doctoral students to conduct research with one of the scientists at HAO on a mutually agreeable theoretical or experimental project. If the student is officially a Ph.D. candidate, the chosen project will constitute the doctoral dissertation. 
Award Amount   Competitive stipends and benefits offered to all fellows. 
Disciplines   Physical Sciences. Including solar physics, solar-terrestrial physics, and related astrophysics. 
Academic Level   Working on Doctoral Dissertation.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
Requirements   Must be enrolled full-time in a university graduate program having common interest with HAO research goals and must be working on a Ph.D. dissertation in cooperation with an HAO staff member.
