HENRY LUCE FOUNDATION/ACLS DISSERTATION FELLOWSHIPS IN AMERICAN ART

Description   Ten, nonrenewable, one year fellowships to assist graduate students with dissertation research or writing in subjects pertinent to the history of the visual arts in the United States.  
Award Amount   Stipend of $25,000, plus up to $2,000 as travel allowance.  
Disciplines   Humanities. Specifically art history of U.S. 
Academic Level   Working on Doctoral Dissertation.  
Citizenship   Open only to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.  
Requirements   Must have completed all requirements for the PhD except the dissertation before beginning tenure.
