UC PRESIDENT'S POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
Deadline   11/1/2012 
11/4/2012-extended deadline due to extreme weather conditions.
Description   Program offers 15-20 fellowships for recent postdocs committed to careers in university teaching and research. Fellows conduct research under faculty sponsorship at any of the UC campuses or laboratories. Awards are for 1 year, renewable. 
Award Amount   Stipends ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 depending on field and experience. 
Disciplines   Open to all fields.  
Academic Level   Postdoctoral Scholar.  
Citizenship   Open only to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.  
Requirements   Must hold a PhD or expect to receive one by July.
