| Description | Approximately 200 three-year fellowships, support graduate study leading to a doctoral degree in science and engineering disciplines of military importance. | |
| Award Amount | Stipend of $30,500 for the first year, $31,000 for the second year, and $31,500 for the third year in addition to full tuition and required fees(excluding room and board), and up to $1,000 per year for medical insurance. | |
