AMERICAN SCHOOLS OF ORIENTAL RESEARCH (ASOR), THE BAGHDAD COMMITTEE; MESOPOTAMIAN FELLOWSHIP

Description   Several awards are offered to pre-doctoral and post-doctoral scholars from any country to apply for support in field research in the Middle East on ancient Mesopotamian civilization. Research must be conducted for a period of three months to a year. 
Award Amount   Stipends of $9,000. 
Disciplines   Humanities. Social Sciences. Open to fields related to the Middle East and ancient mesopotamian studies. 
Academic Level   Prospective/Current Graduate Student. Postdoctoral Scholar.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
Requirements   Must obtain individual membership in ASOR ($40).
