JANE COFFIN CHILDS MEMORIAL FUND FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH
Deadline   2/1/2013 
Description   Three year fellowships for postdoctoral research into the causes, origins, and treatment of cancer. 
Award Amount   Stipend of $50,000 a year, an additional $1000 for each dependent child, plus $1,500 for research costs and $1,800 for travel allowance to science meetings.  
Disciplines   Life Sciences. Health Sciences. Medical and related sciences fields bearing on cancer. 
Academic Level   Postdoctoral Scholar.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
Requirements   Open to scholars with MD or PhD degrees and no more than one year of postdoctoral experience. U.S. citizens can conduct research in foreign countries while non U.S. citizens can only study in the US.
