SEMICONDUCTOR RESEARCH CORPORATION (SRC), GRADUATE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
Deadline   2/15/2013 
Description   Approximately 50 students supported for doctoral level study and research in microelectronics under the guidance of SRC sponsored faculty members. Two funding levels. Full fellowships provide up to 5 years of support. Matching fellowships provide up to 5 years of support with the same level of support as the full fellowships, but are cost-shared between the SRC and the sponsoring company. 
Award Amount   Fellowships provide full tuition and fees and a competitive stipend. 
Disciplines   School of Engineering. Fields relevant to microelectronics. 
Academic Level   Prospective/Current Graduate Student.  
Citizenship   U.S. citizens or residents. Also open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents. 
Requirements   Application requires a recommendation by a SRC sponsored faculty member at a participating university.
