SEMICONDUCTOR RESEARCH CORPORATION (SRC), MASTER'S SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Deadline   2/15/2013 
Description   Approximately 30 scholarships for underrepresented minority students pursuing master’s degrees with research relevant to microelectronics under the guidance of SRC sponsored faculty members. Scholarship supports up to two years of master's level study.  
Award Amount   Scholarships provide full tuition and fees and a competitive stipend. 
Disciplines   School of Engineering. Fields relevant to microelectronics. 
Academic Level   Prospective/Current Graduate Student.  
Citizenship   Open only to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.  
Requirements   Applicants must meet admission requirements for graduate school at an SRC/SRCEA participating university. Must be a woman or member of an underrepresented minority group: African American, Hispanic, or Native American.
