DARTMOUTH COLLEGE, CESAR E. CHAVEZ DISSERTATION FELLOWSHIP
Deadline   2/1/2013 
Description   Fellowship for graduate scholars in underrepresented ethnicities (Latinos and Latinas) to complete the dissertation at Dartmouth College. Fellow also participates in classroom activities with scholars who are involved in undergraduate teachings.  
Award Amount   Stipend of $25,000 for one year plus office space, library privileges, and a $2,500 research assistance fund. 
Disciplines   Humanities. Life Sciences. Physical Sciences. Social Sciences. School of Arts and Architecture. School of Education and Information Studies. School of Engineering. School of Theater, Film, & TV.  
Academic Level   Working on Doctoral Dissertation.  
Citizenship   Open only to U.S. citizens.  
Requirements   Open to scholars who are planning careers in college or university teaching. Must have completed all the requirements for the PhD, except for the dissertation, before beginning tenure.
