FOX CHASE CANCER CENTER, POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH PROGRAM

Description   The program supports up to 65 postdoctoral associates at any one time at the Fox Chase Cancer Center located in Philadelphia. Fellows work under the supervision of individual scientists in one or more of the Center's three research divisions: basic science; medical science; or population science. 
Award Amount   Stipends range from $35,568 to $51,036, commensurate with postdoctoral experience, plus health insurance and subsidized housing. 
Disciplines   Life Sciences. Physical Sciences. Health Sciences. School of Public Health. Including biomathematics, biophysics, biochemistry, cellular and developmental biology, epidemiology, immunobiology, molecular oncology, pathology, NMR imaging and spectroscopy, pharmacology, tumor biology, and virology as they apply to normal growth processes and those associated with cancer.  
Academic Level   Postdoctoral Scholar.  
Citizenship   Open only to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.  
Requirements   This program does not support clinical training. Before appointment, applicants must have received (or completed the requirements for the) M.D. or its equivalent or the Ph.D. or its equivalent in one of the basic physical, biological or biomedical sciences.
