| Description | Eighteen associates will assist Senators with a broad range of public policy issues. Duties include legislative research, bill analysis, constituent casework, speech and press release drafting. Fellows register as graduate students at CSU Sacramento. | |
| Award Amount | Fellows receive a monthly stipend of $1972 plus full health, vision and dental benefits. | |
| Disciplines | Open to all fields. | |
| Academic Level | Prospective/Current Graduate Student. | |
| Citizenship | No citizenship requirements. | |
| Requirements | Requires a BA degree. Selection based on academic background, grade point average, employment history, depth and breath of community and extracurricular activities, and interest in the Legislature. | |
