| Description | Up to 18 individuals selected for an 11 month fellowship to gain first-hand knowledge of the California Legislature through work experience in the capitol. | |
| Award Amount | Fellows receive a monthly stipend of $1,972, as well as medical, dental and vision benefits. | |
| Disciplines | Open to all fields. | |
| Academic Level | Prospective/Current Graduate Student. | |
| Citizenship | Open only to U.S. citizens or permanent residents. | |
| Requirements | Applicants must be 20 years old and must have completed their undergraduate degree by September of the fellowship year. | |
