DARTMOUTH COLLEGE, CHARLES A. EASTMAN DISSERTATION FELLOWSHIP


Deadline   2/1/2013 
Description   Fellowship for a Native American scholar to complete the dissertation at Dartmouth College. Fellow also participates in teaching either as a primary instructor or as part of a team. 
Award Amount   Stipend of $25,000 for one year plus office space, library privileges and a $2,500 research allowance. 
Disciplines   Humanities. Life Sciences. Physical Sciences. Social Sciences. School of Arts and Architecture. School of Engineering.  
Academic Level   Working on Doctoral Dissertation.  
Citizenship   Open only to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.  
Requirements   Open to scholars who are planning careers in college or university teaching. Must have completed all the requirements for the PhD, except for the dissertation, before beginning tenure. Must be of Native American descent.
