UC UNIVERSITYWIDE AIDS RESEARCH PROGRAM, POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS IN TRANSNATIONAL BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Description   Two year individual postdoctoral fellowships for research on HIV/AIDS-related studies and with a clear potential for the eventual development of a commercial product and/or patentable intellectual property. Not renewable.  
Award Amount   Stipend up to $45,000 per year for two years and up to $3,000 per year for health benefits. 
Disciplines   Life Sciences. Health Sciences. School of Public Health.  
Academic Level   Postdoctoral Scholar.  
Citizenship   Open only to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.  
Requirements   PhD, MD, or equivalent degree. Applicants must be affiliated with an academic or nonprofit research institute in California. Must be a California resident.
