GEORGE J. MITCHELL SCHOLARSHIP
Deadline   10/4/2012 
Description   Approximately 12 scholarships are awarded yearly for students interested in pursuing graduate study in Ireland for one year. Applicant must be nominated by UCLA.  
Award Amount   Scholarship provides tuition and housing for one year along with international travel and a living expenses stipend. 
Disciplines   Open to all fields.  
Academic Level   Prospective/Current Graduate Student.  
Citizenship   Open only to U.S. citizens.  
Requirements   Must hold a bachelor's degree and demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and leadership. Must be at least 18 but not yet 30 by the time the fellowship commences. Must contact Alison Snyder at UCLA before deadline to be considered for the scholarship.
