WESTERN ASSOCIATION OF GRADUATE SCHOOLS, WAGS/UMI DISTINGUISHED MASTER'S THESIS AWARD

Description   Award certificate for a master’s thesis that represents an original work making a significant contribution to the discipline. Must be nominated by UCLA. 
Award Amount   Honorarium of $1,000. Award includes travel expenses to the WAGS annual meeting. 
Disciplines   Open to all fields. All fields that offer only terminal master’s degrees. 
Academic Level   Working on Master's Thesis.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
Requirements   Master’s degree awarded within the last year.
