OAK RIDGE INSTITUTE FOR SCIENCE AND EDUCATION (ORISE), NATIONAL ENERGY TECHNOLOGY LABORATORY PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

6/1/2013 for fall, 10/1/2013 for spring
Description   Provides opportunities to participate in energy-related research at the National Energy Technology Laboratory. Appointments are for 3 to 24 consecutive months.  
Award Amount   Weekly stipend and limited travel fees provided.  
Disciplines   Physical Sciences. School of Engineering. School of Public Health. chemistry, computer science, engineering, environmental sciences, geology, mathematics, physics, statistics  
Academic Level   Prospective/Current Graduate Student.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements. Foreign nationals must be enrolled in a US institution and have a F1 immigration status with CPT or OPT authorization. 
Requirements   Must have an overall GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and an interest in energy-related technologies. Foreign national participants must be enrolled in US institution.
