| Description | 1-2 loans given annually to assist and encourage promising engineering graduate students to pursue careers in teaching at the college level. Upon completion of the doctoral degree, one year's loan will be forgiven for each year the recipient teaches. Renewable for up to three years. | |

| Requirements | Must hold an undergraduate degree from an engineering program at an accredited school. At the time of application, applicants must have been admitted to a doctoral program with the purpose of teaching engineering at the college level upon graduation. Recipients must stay in a teaching position for the period of the award, otherwise, they must pay back remaining portion of the loan. | |
