OAK RIDGE INSTITUTE (ORISE), DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE INTERNSHIP FOR POSTSECONDARY STUDENTS

Description   Internships to participate in hands-on education and training related to the Department of Commerce mission. Interns spend 10 weeks in the summer or 15 weeks during fall or spring semester at the Department of Commerce headquarters, division offices, and field centers.  
Award Amount   Weekly stipend of $600 for graduate students; $150 per week housing allowance and limited travel reimbursement; accidental medical expense coverage provided. 
Disciplines   Life Sciences. Physical Sciences. School of Engineering. School of Management.  
Academic Level   Prospective/Current Graduate Student.  
Citizenship   Open only to U.S. citizens.  
Requirements   Applicant must be enrolled in a graduate program.
