| Description | Around three fellowships provided for one year of support for individuals pursuing dissertation research with an epilepsy relevant theme. | ||
| Award Amount | $19,000 stipend plus $1,000 to support travel to attend the annual meeting of the American Epilepsy Society. | ||
| Disciplines | Life Sciences. School of Public Health. School of Nursing. Areas of interest considered include, but are not limited to neuroscience, physiology, pharmacology, psychology, biochemistry, genetics, nursing, or pharmacy. | ||

| Requirements | Applicant must have a defined dissertation research project, have a qualified mentor to supervise research, and have access to institutional resources to conduct the proposed research project. | ||
