| Description | The Center for Khmer Studies is an international not-for-profit institution that provides support for candidates to pursue their dissertation research in Cambodia. The Center is dedicated to the study, teaching, and research on the Khmer civilization and cultures of the Mekong. | |

| Disciplines | Humanities. Social Sciences. Including area studies, Asian Studies, Southeast Asian Studies, geographic locations, and Asia. | |

| Requirements | Must be a doctoral candidate. Applicants may request up to 5 months of in-country language instruction prior to commencing dissertation research. The request for language training should be integrated into the project proposal. | |
