TEST OF ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE (TOEFL), SMALL GRANTS FOR DOCTORAL RESEARCH IN SECOND OR FOREIGN LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT

Description   Up to 10 small cash awards are made annually to support promising doctoral students working in the area of foreign/second language assessment that will help them finish their dissertations in a timely manner. 
Award Amount   A stipend of up to $2,000 per year. 
Disciplines   Humanities. School of Education and Information Studies.  
Academic Level   Working on Doctoral Dissertation.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
Requirements   Must be a graduate/postgraduate student registered in a doctoral program leading to a degree with a specialization in second or foreign language assessment and have completed all course and examination requirements for the degree. The student's dissertation proposal must have been approved by an appropriate committee at the candidate's university.
