  Description   Up to 2 grants are awarded annually to foster graduate student research in hydrology and water resources leading to the completion of doctoral dissertations. Nonrenewable. 
  Award Amount   A grant of $10,000 per year. 
  Disciplines   Life Sciences. Physical Sciences. Social Sciences. School of Public Affairs. School of Law. Including hydrology (its physical, chemical, or biological aspects), and water resources policy sciences (economics, systems analysis, and sociology). 
  Academic Level   Prospective/Current Graduate Student. Working on Doctoral Dissertation.  
  Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
  Requirements   Graduate students at any point during their doctoral program.
