| Description | Several fellowships for postdoctoral scholars to perform research at an Air Force laboratory for one year. Award renewable for up to two additional years. | ||
| Award Amount | Annual stipend starts at $55,000 and increases throughout the years. Relocation reimbursement and limited professional travel funds given. | ||
| Disciplines | Life Sciences. Physical Sciences. School of Engineering. Fields in science and engineering that contribute to the overall efforts of the Air Force laboratories. | ||
| Academic Level | Postdoctoral Scholar. | ||
| Citizenship | Open only to U.S. citizens or permanent residents. However, a small number of associateships may be available for foreign nationals if laboratory funds are available. | ||
| Requirements | Must have received doctorate less than 5 years at the time of application. | ||
