ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES (OAS), FELLOWSHIPS PROGRAM
Deadline   6/15/2013 
Description   Several fellowships are offered for university studies and/or research leading to graduate degrees. They have a minimum duration of 3 months and a maximum duration of 2 years. Fellowships tenable in any of the countries of the OAS, except in the country of origin or permanent residency of the candidate. 
Award Amount   Competitive stipends offered for university tuition and fees, international travel, health insurance, living expenses, and for the purchase of books or other study materials. 
Disciplines   Open to all fields.  
Academic Level   Prospective/Current Graduate Student.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements. Open to citizens and permanent residents of OAS member states.
