Description   Fellowships support anthropology scholars early in their careers, conducting research and writing that will lead to publication of significant work within the field. A maximum of 8 awards annually;nonrenewable. 
Award Amount   Stipend up to $40,000 (e.g., a six-month project would be awarded $20,000) 
Disciplines   Social Sciences. Anthropology and subfields. 
Academic Level   Postdoctoral Scholar.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
Requirements   Must have received PhD or equivalent within ten years of the application deadline.
