TOBACCO-RELATED DISEASE RESEARCH PROGRAM, DISSERTATION RESEARCH AWARD

Deadline		11/13/2012 -deadline for letter of intent. 1/24/12--deadline for full proposal and submission.
Description		Fellowships offered to support dissertation research on tobacco-related issues. The program strives to meet the needs of the research community, the tobacco control community, the health care community, policy makers, and the public. Award renewable for up to two years.
Award Amount		Stipend of up to $20,000 per year and tuition/enrollment fee remission of up to $10,000 per year.
Disciplines		Open to all fields. Applications are encouraged in the social/behavioral sciences and public policy.
Academic Level		Working on Doctoral Dissertation.
Citizenship		No citizenship requirements.
Requirements		Must be advanced to candidacy by the start of the award.
