| Description | Several fellowships offered for predoctoral, dissertation, and postdoctoral research the art and visual culture of the United States. Fellowships are residential and have durations of 3 months to 1 year. Fellowship programs include: The Douglas Foundation Fellowship in American Art, the Patricia and Phillip Frost Fellowship, the James Renwick Fellowship in American Craft, the Sara Roby Fellowship in Twentieth-Century American Realism, the Jushua C. Taylor Fellowship, and The Terra Foundation for American Art Fellowships. | |
| Award Amount | Stipend of $30,000 for predoctoral fellows and $45,000 for senior or postdoctoral fellows. All fellows receive research and travel allowances. | |
