SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTION, NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE AMERICAN INDIAN, INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Deadline   11/20/2012 
-for winter/spring, 2/6/2013 -for summer, and 7/12/2013 -for fall.
Description   Four internship sessions lasting 10-weeks are available throughout the year for students interested in gaining museum practice and program development experience. 
Award Amount   Travel, housing, and stipends may be provided to students on a limited basis. Students receiving stipends must work full time (forty hours per week). 
Disciplines   Open to all fields.  
Academic Level   Prospective/Current Graduate Student.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
Requirements   Must be currently enrolled in a university program or have completed the program no more than six months before application deadline. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or its equivalent is generally expected.
