Description   Five fellowships on the topic of quality are offered to doctoral students who have already composed a comprehensive thesis proposal and need funding to complete the thesis research.

Academic Level   Working on Doctoral Dissertation.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
Requirements   At least one year must be remaining in residence at the student's university from the due date of the application.
