AMERICAN BRAIN TUMOR ASSOCIATION, BASIC RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
Deadline   1/9/2013 
Description   Fellowships to encourage talented scientists early in their careers to enter, or remain in, the field of brain tumor research. Research can be conducted in the U.S. or Canada. Program duration of two years.  
Award Amount   Award amount is $100,000 for two years. $45,000 in salary support and $5,000 in researcher discretionary funds per year.  
Disciplines   Life Sciences. Health Sciences.  
Academic Level   Postdoctoral Scholar.  
Citizenship   Open only to U.S. citizens.  
Requirements   Candidates with an MD must be within two years of residency completion or within five years of post-residency training. Candidates with a PhD must have received their degree within the last five years.
