L'OREAL USA FELLOWSHIP FOR WOMEN IN SCIENCE

Description		Provides five annual grants, administered by the American Association for the Advancement of Sciences, to post-doctoral researchers engaged in basic research in life and physical sciences.
Award Amount		Grants of up to $60,000 for one year.
Disciplines		Life Sciences. Physical Sciences. School of Engineering.
Academic Level		Postdoctoral Scholar.
Citizenship		Open only to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
Requirements		Candidates must be female scientists who will have completed their Ph.D., D.P.H. or Sc.D. by the time of their application submission and have started in a postdoctoral research position by September 1, 2012. MDs are not eligible. Must be affiliated with a U.S.-based academic or research institution, and research and studies must be conducted in the U.S.
