| Citizenship | Open only to U.S. citizens or permanent residents. | ||
| Requirements | Must show academic achievement (GPA at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale), be enrolled full-time, have earned at least 12 undergraduate units in a U.S. accredited college or university, and have financial need. Open to students of Mexican-American, Puerto Rican, Spanish, Dominican, Cuban, Central or South American heritage. | ||
