AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR ENGINEERING EDUCATION (ASEE), SMART SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Description   Several multi-year scholarships are offered to graduate students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines. Tenure of an awardee is up to the time typically required to complete the current degree. Students are also provided opportunities to continue their research in civil service roles in Department of Defense laboratories following graduation. 
Award Amount   Stipend of $25,000 to $41,000 plus benefits. 
Disciplines   Life Sciences. Physical Sciences. School of Engineering.  
Academic Level   Prospective/Current Graduate Student.  
Citizenship   Open only to U.S. citizens.  
Requirements   Must be at least 18 years of age and must be eligible to receive and hold a security clearance.
