HOSEI INTERNATIONAL FUND (HIF), FOREIGN SCHOLARS FELLOWSHIP
Deadline   6/1/2013 
Description   Two to three fellowships are offered to young scholars from outside Japan to carry out non-degree research at Hosei University. Fellowships are for 6 to 12 months in duration. 
Award Amount   Monthly stipend of 300,000 yen plus round trip travel subsidy and shared office space. 
Disciplines   Humanities. Life Sciences. Physical Sciences. Social Sciences. School of Engineering. School of Management. School of Law.  
Academic Level   Prospective/Current Graduate Student. Working on Doctoral Dissertation. Postdoctoral Scholar.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
Requirements   Must be presently enrolled in a doctoral degree program, hold a doctorate, or its equivalent. Also, must be fluent in either Japanese or English and be no more than 39 years of age as April 1st.
