KOREA FOUNDATION, FELLOWSHIPS FOR FIELD RESEARCH


Deadline   1/31/2014 
Description   30 to 40 fellowships are awarded for doctoral candidates to pursue Korea-related research in the humanities, social sciences, culture and arts, and comparative research. Award period is for 1 to 12 months.  
Award Amount   Includes a monthly stipend of 1,700,000 Korean won.  
Disciplines   Humanities. Social Sciences. School of Arts and Architecture.  
Academic Level   Working on Doctoral Dissertation.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
Requirements   Applicants who have advanced to candidacy and are working on their dissertations are given preference. Former recipients who have completed a Field Research fellowship period within the past three years are ineligible.
