Applicants should present the Licenciado or Licenciatura, Ingeniero, or other professional title representing completion of a four to six year university-level program beyond the completion of university-preparatory secondary education, and should submit official copies of the original Spanish language records and complete, exact English translations.

Applicants are expected to have completed all degree requirements, including the thesis or professional examination, prior to the beginning of the term at UCLA for which they have applied.
