In order to obtain information to evaluate and improve graduate programs and the distribution of resources, the Graduate Division requests your assistance as a graduating doctoral student. Participation in this short survey is voluntary and all responses will be aggregated to ensure confidentiality. Your university ID number is requested so that we can use existing demographic data and minimize the survey length. Please submit the survey confirmation page to the Graduate Division when you file your dissertation. Thank you for your assistance.
