How to Apply for a Postdoctoral Position at UCLA
Application for postdoctoral training at UCLA is made to a specific faculty member or members in an academic department or research unit. In order to help identify an appropriate faculty member, you may wish to access the UCLA database of faculty member research interests and contact information.
Additionally, the UCLA Society of Postdoctoral Scholars posts announcements of UCLA postdoctoral positions on its website. Other postings may be available in the discipline's professional and/or academic bulletins.
All correspondence regarding any potential openings, the application for any such openings, and one's status must be
directed to the faculty member(s) in question. The faculty member and the department are solely responsible for
determining if there is a match with the applicant and area of interest and for facilitating the appointment in regard
to space and financial resource allocations.
