When a VGR's appointment falls anywhere within a quarter, he or she will be charged fees for that entire quarter. As quarterly fees are not prorated, we encourage you to plan the dates of the Visiting Graduate Researcher's visit around the schedule listed below.

• Fall Quarter: September 24, 2012 - January 1, 2013

2013

• Winter Quarter: January 2, 2013 - March 26, 2013
• Spring Quarter: March 27, 2013 - June 23, 2013
• Summer Quarter: June 24, 2013- September 23, 2013
• Fall Quarter: September 24, 2013- January 1, 2014

2014

• Winter Quarter: January 2, 2014 - March 25, 2014
• Spring Quarter: March 26, 2014 - June 22, 2014
• Summer Quarter: June 23, 2014- September 28, 2014
