The host department and appropriate campus Visa office will facilitate the processing of visa paperwork and registration. Visa processing and registration for international visitors can only begin after the Graduate Division has provisionally approved the application.

International Visiting Graduate Researcher must obtain a J visa (B or F visas are not eligible for the VGR appointment category).
