Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is a free XML-based format for content distribution. The Graduate Division offers a RSS 2.0 feed that headlines graduate and postdoctoral  events/news and links back to this website for complete information.

Why use RSS?

It's easier, faster access to updated content from your favorite sites. By subscribing to or bookmarking feeds that you want, your reader or browser will translate code to readable links, updated automatically when new content is available from each.

Accessing RSS

You can find the RSS feed linked from the orange feed icon. Just copy the the feed's URL address to your news reader or click the "add to" Yahoo or Google icons if you are using their web-based readers.

 
Graduate Division Events

• 04/1/08 - 09/03/08 Fulbright IIE and Fulbright Hays Information Sessions
  Information sessions for students interested in traveling abroad for study or research. Additional sessions are offered on 4/18/08, 5/1/08, 5/14/08, 5/27/08, 6/19/08, 7/8/08, and 8/19/08.
• 06/12/08 - Doctoral Hooding Ceremony
  The 2008 Doctoral Commencement Hooding Ceremony will be held in Royce Hall on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 7:00 PM. The pre-ceremony reception for graduates (registration and robing) and faculty (robing) begins at 5:00 PM.
• 01/31/08 - 6/26/08 Orientation Sessions for Postdoctoral Scholars
  These sessions provide an overview of UCLA postdoctoral scholar affairs, and life both on and off of campus. Additional sessions are offered on 2/28/08, 3/26/08, 4/24/08, and 5/29/08.

• 2008 Postdoctoral Scholars Reception
  UCLA postdoctoral scholars were honored at the reception held on March 12, 2008 at the Faculty Center.
• Academic Apprentice Personnel Manual for Students
  (PDF-346KB) The manual explains official UCLA policies for the appointments of graduate students to all academic personnel titles. Contain information on how to find appointments, minimum requirements, terms of employment, benefits, and training.
